Guide
How to read analytical documentation
01
Match the batch
The batch or lot number on the report should match the batch number on the product page and on your vial label. A report for a different batch says nothing about yours.
02
Check who tested it
Note the testing laboratory and the date of analysis. Reports should identify where and when the analysis was performed.
03
Understand the method
Common techniques include HPLC (chromatographic separation, often used for purity estimates) and mass spectrometry (used to confirm molecular mass). Each method answers a different question.
04
Read results in context
Reported values apply to the sample tested, under the stated method and conditions. Compare them with your protocol's requirements rather than treating them as general guarantees.
