Who may purchase
Restricted research materials may only be purchased by customers who have completed Research Customer Verification and received approval. Verification requires business or institutional identity, research organization affiliation, professional contact information, the intended lawful research purpose, and supporting documentation. Approvals expire and must be renewed.
Prohibited uses
Customers may not purchase products for personal consumption, for administration to humans or animals outside of an approved, lawful research protocol, or for resale to unverified parties.
Our rights
Wysteria Labs may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and may revoke verification, where we have reason to believe a product will not be used for lawful research.
Customer responsibilities
The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional requirements governing the acquisition, storage, handling, use and disposal of products.
